Cunning Fox is a tool to stop and continue the running applications under mac os x, so that you can "pause" other applications to gain optimal performance for a specific application moreover it also provides information about applications such as CPU usage, memory etc...

Cunning Fox is an application for controlling your Macintosh and understanding what your computer is doing; it shows the running applications of your Mac with their CPU and memory usage. With Cunning Fox you will be able to see which applications are wasting more resources. You can then understand how you can improve your productivity with your Mac.

Furthermore, not only does Cunning Fox let you view the running applications of your Mac, it also let you control them. For instance, when you are using Virtual PC, you want all the power of your CPU to focus on Virtual PC. Of course, you can quit all of the other running applications in order to minimize the CPU usage in other tasks, but this is not a convenient solution. A better solution is to stop all the applications except Virtual PC. Then, you will have all the power of your processor available for Virtual PC and the other applications will be unaffected.

Cunning Fox can be accessed through a non intrusive window by clicking on a corner of your screen (you can choose which you prefer). it has also been developed and designed to save resources of your Mac. Finally in addition to giving you control, it's also fun to use.
